  On my first visit I told them I needed to be out of my current home by the end of the month so the floors would need to be done before that. I ordered the floors and put half down. I asked at that point when the floors would be done because I had to hire a mover. They said a week after the floors are in. I called 10 days later and asked about the floors. I was told they were being shipped later that week. I explained that I was told the floors would be in before I was moving in. She suggested that I speak to the manager. I left a message explaining the situation. I spoke to the manager the next day. He told me my floors were there and they would put my floors in over the weekend and they would be done on Monday early Tuesday at the latest. I scheduled my move on Wednesday afternoon. I went into my house on Monday night and not one piece of floor had been laid. I called on Tuesday and the manager told me that there was a miscommunication and the installer thought he had until the end of the week. I was told they would be done on Thursday and I informed them that I was moving on Wednesday. I was unable to change my move in date. I had to have all of my furniture put in my garage they had their equipment in the bedrooms. I called and left messages and no one got back to me. The floors were finished on Thursday afternoon. They left a bag of garbage in my living room. They took of doors and door moldings and did not put it back. The only reason I gave one star is because the floors look very good. This was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had.

  What a wonderful experience at Carpet One! The products are exceptional and so is the service. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable sales person. Letty was both those things and fun too! I would recommend highly.
