We had a weird problem with my laptop a few years ago and he diagnosed it and didn't charge anything (if he doesn't fix it there's no charge) Turns out it was user error! (oops) More recently, I had an issue with a computer that froze up. They repaired it and make it work better than it has worked for years.... and it was only $54.... yeah... $54!! WOW.... that's AMAZING! (other places charge that much to tell you they CAN'T help you)
