  This store was amazing! I stopped in to look at one dress (without an appointment), and the staff was SO accommodating and helped me to find other dresses, too! We set up an appointment, and the stylist I was with (Lynette) was extremely helpful and kind with remembering my needs and considering what I was looking for. Thank you, Lynette! What a great experience - I couldn't be happier!

  I liked dress shopping here and everyone was friendly but the girl helping me just kept asking me over and over if I was gonna say yes to the dress. Just got old fast. And she kinda clashed with my group. Wouldn't listen to any recommendations they had. I brought them along cause I value their opinions.

  My sister got married and we ordered all of our dresses from Davids bridal in Sioux Falls, SD. I also paid almost the cost of the dress to have it altered at the same location. I went to pick up my dress and did a very quick try on. I just made sure the dress fit. I did not check the inside of the dress and the sowing done to the dress. The day of my sisters wedding I put my dress on and started moving around and was being poked in the stomach by the wire and also had a bunch in my dress around the waist in the same spot. I took my dress off and the thin wire was what was poking through. The dress was not sowed together on either side of my chest. I called the location on Sunday and received a call back on Monday and was told because I left the store with the dress it would have to go to corporate. I was given a site to send pictures of my dress to but the site I was given was incorrect. When I called back to ask the site again I was placed on hold for 7 minutes and 34 seconds (I timed it yes) the lady returned to the phone and stated that was the correct site and hung the phone up on me. One side of my dress in the arms was perfect while I have a rubbing burn mark on the other side of my arm. I was told I was not charged for that so to my understanding I guess because I wasn't charged for it it does not have to be done correctly. I have tried contacting corporate and have had no luck. I will never recommend getting alterations done at this location. I would have had better luck ordering a whole new dress and would have only paid $39 more dollars then I did for the terrible job I paid for for the alterations.
