  A really nice mall. Lots of stores. Lots of good sales. Better than an outlet mall. I was surprised that a small city like Sioux Falls has such a huge mall. The staff in all the stores were friendly and quite helpful.

  Always enjoy my time in the Empire Mall. I don't get to Sioux Falls very often, but when I do it's usually for shopping so the mall is a must. They have a great selection of stores from hipster-over-priced to hey-i-can-totally-afford-that. It's a reasonable amount unlike the Mall of America.
