  Recently my wife and I purchased an entire set of appliances through Lowe's. We had issues twice with the new dishwasher, also that manufacturer did not package the range well and it showed up damaged. My wife and I were frustrated and discouraged, did not want that brand of appliances anymore. I called Lowe's, talked to Don in appliances. Don reassured me that Lowe's will make us happy, apologized for the experience. I had my wife go in and talk with Don, pick out another set of appliances (different brand), and Don worked with his store managers to ensure the transaction was smooth and we were treated fairly. To top it off, Don called me the next day to recap what we are doing and provide a time line. I can't say enough how important it is to make customers feel valued. Don and the Sioux Falls SD store leadership did everything they could to make us happy and we appreciate it. This is why we shop at Lowe's. Sometimes things don't go according to plan - but it's how the team/store handles those situations that make all the difference. Thank you Don!
