  I brought my computer in to have ONE of the keys fixed on Jan 18 and I went in yesterday (Jan 24) and they haven't even touched it. They had my computer for 6 days and it was just in the back collecting dust. They didn't touch it, they didn't do anything with it. Even though I told them that I needed it done promptly because of college and need my computer to be efficient. So I went in and got my computer and I'm going to take it to an apple store where they will be able to resolve the issue in ONE day, and not take 3 weeks to diagnose the problem. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with their initiative to get things done and also there customer service was very unreliable and weren't very helpful. I suggest if you need to get your computer fixed that you take it to an apple store to save yourself the headache, but most importantly the time.
