  Customer service at the grooming salon is sorely lacking. The rest of the store has no issues that we've encountered but we won't be returning for any grooming needs. Edit: smoke breaks are no reason for poor service

  I recently came in there a couple days ago with my cat looking for a couple different foods and an exercise wheel. They did not have exercise wheel available and luckily I was speaking with the manager just by chance!!!!!!!!! I really really wish I remembered his name,,, shorter guy!! After walking away to go look for a few other items thinking about something else.............. he Hunted Me Down and went out of his way completely on the internet to find me one off of eBay or at another store!! I would say this gentleman has a long long career with the company!! The atmosphere in the store was really good amongst other customer's!! I will definitely be coming back for more purchased items and would recommend anyone coming here for all pet needs!!!
