  Absolutely terrible customer service by a manager named Kandi. I walk in and stand at the counter waiting to be helped and the manager and counter person are talking. They talk for at least a minute about non work related stuff and they did not even ID me. I tried to talk to service guy but this lady kept interrupting and she doesn’t even have any form of clothing or name tag that shows she works there. I noticed they did not have my product behind the counter where I could see them as usual and I tried to describe what I wanted without saying an “illegal” name. She wouldn’t show me anything and kept forcing me to try and brand name what I was looking for and as soon as I said what she said is an illegal term she rudely said we can not assist you now and I’m like well you could have just shown me a box of the whip cream canisters like I asked but with her rudeness I just told her she lost the sale and that I wouldn’t come back later even and she goes oh well. And the behind the counter guy is a moron, you don’t talk and say “now let me school you son.” Worst experience I have ever had there and will go to any of the other two like type stores because this one is run by people I feel are not very good at customer service. Thank you for reading my rant and shop elsewhere. Be nice to customers. Otherwise you lose business
