  I spent a considerable amount of money on Arbor Coat for my deck last summer. By this spring this expensive "professional" grade deck protectant has started wearing off. After reaching out to the store, I was told I would have to sand it off and start over because it appears to not have gotten absorbed into the bare wood. This is a considerably large deck and sanding it off after less than a year is unacceptable for an answer. I will never purchase any of their overpriced products again. I would at least think they would pay someone to come sand it off for me. Waste of my precious time and money!! P.S. The review by Dillon Bohlander is biased, he is the manager of the store that left me hanging!
