    I had an amazing experience recently and I owe it all to the sales rep. Her name is Mariah and the service she gave me was awesome! She was very honest with me and helped me find what I was truly looking for. I couldn't be happier with my new phone, my bill, and the service I received. If anyone is looking for some help with updating your phone, Mariah is the person to look for! She deserves MORE than a five star rating!

    This business has changed. I have been going to Wireless World at 41st & Kiwanis for 10+ years, but just within the past year something happened with this business and they have gone from being helpful, pleasant, and courteous to being corporate. By that I mean it is the same experience as going to the Verizon corporate store. They are always trying to give you the maximum upsell possible, changing your plan, trying to sell you a tablet, and offering incomprehensible "deals" when you just go in to upgrade your phone. Sad that I will no longer be able to do business with them. What happened to the great group of people including Brooklyn and the others, who used to work at 41st & Kiwanis???

    Bought an iPhone 7 for my girl and couldn't be happier. The guys are very knowledgeable and most helpful! I highly recommend this store and would suggest giving the two guys who helped us on Monday April 17th a raise! They made the switch super simple and painless.

    I recently upgraded my phone and was very impressed with the whole process! Mariah greeted me and helped me find exactly what phone to buy. She took the time to make sure I understood exactly what I was upgrading to. I am very happy with my new phone and I will be going back to Mariah if I need anything!
